Thank you for shopping with Daylight Beauty Studio. We want your order experience to be clear, simple, and reliable. If you need to request a return or refund, please review the information below.
Return Request Period
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition. The product should include its original packaging when applicable, and you must provide your order number or proof of purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty, skincare, and personal care products that have been opened, used, tested, or tampered with may not be accepted for return.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are not eligible for return:
1. Opened or used beauty products
2. Final sale or clearance items
3. Gift cards
4. Personalized or custom-made items
5. Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper care
6. Returns sent without approval from our support team

Please include your order number, the product you would like to return, and the reason for your request. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions if your return is approved.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by an error from Daylight Beauty Studio, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. Daylight Beauty Studio is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order shortly after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [contact@storedaylight.store](mailto:contact@storedaylight.store).
We may request photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue and offer a suitable solution.
Refunds
After your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the refund decision.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.
Exchanges and Cancellations
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you need another product, please return the eligible item first and place a new order after your return is approved.
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow our standard return process.
